The Holy Family Department of Athletics is pleased to announce the hiring of
Lindsey Fagan as its new assistant strength & conditioning coach.
In this role she will support in the design and implementation of sport-specific strength and conditioning programs, while also collaborating closely with the athletic training staff on rehabilitation protocols to help student-athletes return to play safely and effectively.
A Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Fagan returns to HFU after spending the Spring 2024 semester as a strength & conditioning intern with the Tigers, having worked with the baseball, women's basketball, men's and women's lacrosse, women's soccer, softball and volleyball teams.
She spent the previous academic year as a strength & conditioning intern at the University of Pennsylvania, gaining experience with 33 Division I teams, and was most recently a sports performance coach at Ascent Athlete, where she designed and implemented individualized strength and conditioning programs for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes across multiple sports.

Sara Miraglia. "We know Lindsey will be dedicated to elevating the student-athlete experience while exemplifying the mission and values of the university."
Fagan received her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and Master of Science in Sports Business from Neumann University, where she was a decorated women's lacrosse student-athlete.
A four-time All-Atlantic East selection, including the 2025 Player of the Year, she is the program's all-time leader in both goals (270) and game-winning goals (16), while ranking second in points (328), free position goals (60) and draw controls (302).
