SINKING SPRING, Pa. – The Holy Family University bowling team competed at Kutztown's Golden Bear Invite hosted at Berks Lanes over the weekend.
The Tigers totaled a weekend-high 790 pins in traditional play versus the host Golden Bears on Saturday.
Madisyn St. Marie (Philadelphia, Pa./Swenson Arts & Technology) led HFU with an average of 164.2 pins in traditional play, including a team-high 205 against KU. The freshman's 821 total pins ranked 33rd out of 78 individuals.

Shayla Hess (Churchville, Pa./Council Rock South) was second on the Tigers with an average of 148.2 pins, just ahead of fellow freshman
Maria Hindman's (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert Catholic) 147.2
Also competing over the weekend were
Emily Simpson (Levittown, N.J./Neshaminy) (137.0 average),
Sarah Winder (Burlington, N.J./Burlington Township) (124.0) and
