Holy Family women's lacrosse won two of the four Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) weekly awards announced on Monday.
Tori Wolstenholme (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert's) received the Tigers' fourth CACC Defensive Player of the Week award of the season, while
Emma Hurley (Willow Grove, Pa./Upper Moreland) was honored as the CACC Goalkeeper of the Week.
Wolstenholme led HFU with six caused turnovers, 10 ground balls and 15 draw controls in a 2-0 week in which the Tigers allowed just six goals per match.
The junior first paced all players with a career-best six ground balls, while posting the match's second highest totals with six draw controls and a career-best four caused turnovers in Wednesday's win over Chestnut Hill.
Wolstenholme then led all players with nine draw controls in Saturday's regular season finale victory at Bridgeport, tying a season-high, while finishing second with four ground balls and adding two more caused turnovers.
Hurley went 2-0 with 12 saves, stopping half of the shots she faced.
She first stopped six of the nine shots she faced in a Wednesday's win over Chestnut Hill, before making six saves once again in Saturday's regular season finale victory at Bridgeport.
