The HFU Men's Soccer Team has been voted to finish sixth as the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) released its 2026 Preseason Coaches Poll on Monday.
The Tigers, who bring back 31 student-athletes, are coming off the program's fifth CACC Tournament Semifinal appearance in seven seasons in 2025.
The top eight teams in the regular season standings qualify for the 2026 CACC Tournament, which begins with the quarterfinal round hosted by higher seeds on Oct. 31.
Higher seeds also host the semifinals on Nov. 3, before the championship match will be held at Wilmington on Nov. 7.
Post, the defending regular season champion and a 2025 NCAA Tournament participant, is the narrow preseason favorite after receiving five first-place votes.
Bridgeport, the defending CACC Tournament champion, came in second after garnering four top votes.
Third place Wilmington - another 2025 NCAA Tournament participant - and fifth place Jefferson each received one first place vote, while Felician finished fourth in the poll.
HFU's 2026 campaign commences with a trip to Millersville on August 27, before it welcomes West Chester to Tiger Field for its home-opener two days later.
CACC play begins with a match at Caldwell on Saturday, Sept. 26.
