The Holy Family University Flag Football Team was selected to finish fourth in the 2026 Atlantic East Preseason Coaches' Poll. 
 
Entering their second season as a program, the Tigers won four games in 2025. 
 
Now featuring nine members in the league, the top six teams in the regular season standings qualify for the 2026 Atlantic East Tournament, which commences with the three and four seeds hosting the six and five seeds for the first round on April 21. 
 
The semifinals and championship will be hosted by the regular season champion on Saturday, April 25. 
 
Two-time defending champion Marymount was the near unanimous preseason favorite, receiving seven of a possible eight first-place votes. 
 
Eastern, a 2025 finalist, came in second with the other two top-votes. 
 
Immaculata slotted into third ahead of HFU, with Centenary rounding out the top five.  
 
Atlantic East play began this past weekend and will run through April 19. 
 
Holy Family hosts Neumann and Eastern for its home-opener at Tiger Field this Saturday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
