HFU Baseball's Casey Murphy (Merion Station, Pa./Lower Merion (Ursinus College)) was a repeat All-Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) honoree as he was voted on to the first team, the league offices announced on Wednesday. 
 
A 2024 All-CACC Second Team selection, he led the league in complete games (7), walks allowed per nine innings (1.31) and strikeout to walk ratio (4.89), with those numbers respectively ranking second, 14th and 36th in Division II. 
 
During CACC play, Murphy was first in the conference in complete games (6), third in ERA (2.68) and innings pitched (43.2) and fourth in wins (5) and batting average against (.240). 
 
Overall, he was second in the league in saves (2), fifth in wins (7) and innings pitched (61.2), sixth in WHIP (1.25) and eighth in ERA (3.50). 
 
Murphy ends his HFU career at 12-7 with a 3.05 ERA over 34 appearances, 18 of which were starts. He threw 13 completes games and allowed less hits (117) than he had innings pitched (118.0), with 105 strikeouts against just 22 walks.
