Kenisha Greenwood (Jamaica) has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Track Athlete of the Week for a third time, while
Javon Bowen (Kingston, Jamaica/Jamaica College) is a repeat recipient of the CACC Field Rookie of the Week after sweeping the men's field awards, after their performances at the Penn Relays over the weekend.
Greenwood also picked up CACC Track Athlete of the Week honors on both
April 4 and
April 25, while Bowen, who was also named the CACC Field Athlete of the Week, was the Field Rookie of the Week on
April 4.
Greenwood ran another NCAA provisional in the 400m hurdles, 1:02.27, as she beat out three Division I counterparts. She was also a member of the 4x400m quartet that won the CTC Division with a time of 4:02.69, and a part of the 4x100m relay team that qualified for the Eastern Division final, where HFU would run a season-best 48.79.
Bowen moved into first in the CACC in the triple jump with a mark of 14.62m, while also moving into fifth in the long jump after landing at 6.85m to place 12th out of 22 in the College Division.
