The HFU men's cross country program ranked third in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) with three All-Academic honorees.
Graduate student
Brian Dietz (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) earned the accolade for a third time, while senior
Dom Prestipino (Connellsville, Pa./Connellsville) and sophomore
Michael McGerry (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) both received it for a first time.
To be eligible for CACC All-Academic status, a student-athlete must:
a) have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 at the end of immediate preceding term (may include summer for fall sport participants)
b) have a minimum of two semesters enrolled as full-time student at member institution
c) be second year student-athlete at member institution
d) have competed during his/her championship season
