GALLOWAY, N.J. – The Holy Family University Men's Cross Country Team placed fifth out of 15 teams at the Osprey Open hosted by Stockton Saturday.
The Tigers notably defeated Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) competitor Chestnut Hill at the event, which was won by Moravian.
- Letlotlo Mohubedu (Pretoria, South Africa/Northern Academy Secondary School (Essex CC)) led HFU with a 59th place finish in the field of 151, completing the 8K course in 29:10.8
- Andrae Johnson (Egg Harbor City, N.J./Oakcrest) (29:19.3), Emmanuel Power (Brooklyn, N.Y./La Salle Academy) (29:57.1) and Gavin Dwyer (Bensalem, Pa./Father Judge) (29:57.4) also finished in the top-half of the field, with Johnson and Power notably setting new collegiate PRs
- Freshmen Benjamin Sun (New York City, N.Y./Northeast) (33:06.5) and Max Brown (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) (39:53.7) ran their first career collegiate 8Ks
