HFU women's soccer received a pair of Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) weekly honors after going 2-0 in league play last week, with
Jaina Preuhs (Brookhaven, Pa./Sun Valley) claiming her second Rookie of the Week award in three weeks, and
Grace Joyce (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) being named the Defensive Player of the Week for the first time in her career.
Preuhs, who also named Rookie of the Week on Oct. 16, went 2-0 in net while allowing just one goal as she saved five of the six shots that she faced.
She first stopped three shots in Monday's shutout of Chestnut Hill, before making two more saves in Saturday's 2-1 victory over Post.
Joyce set up the game-winner with her first career assist in the 81st minute of that victory over the Eagles. She also played all 90 minutes of Monday's shutout of the Griffins.
