ORANGEBURG, N.Y. –
Sean Touey's (Rockledge, Pa./Abington) first career brace lifted the HFU men's soccer team to a 2-0 victory at Dominican, extending the Tigers' unbeaten run to seven games.
The senior was first played in behind the defense in the 30th minute, as he held off a defender before slotting the ball into the bottom left corner.
He then headed home a rebound from a
Marcelo Ibarra (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) shot in the 77th for his sixth goal in seven matches.
Luke Shank (Doylestown, Pa./Central Bucks West) only had to make one save, in the 55th minute, for his second shutout of the season.

- Dominican's only attempt of the first half was wide in the 13th
- HFU had three shots on frame in less than five minutes between the 24th and 29th, the first of which was by Touey from a corner
- Lautaro Berisso (La Plata, Argentina/(Camden County CC)) was then denied before Taylor shot on net yet again
- Taylor's fourth attempt on frame of the half came in the 36th minute
Second Half
- Dominican finally began applying pressure, first hitting the crossbar 4:20 out of the half before Shank made his only save
- Gavin Rowan (Levittown, Pa./Neshaminy) had an attempt blocked in the 65th
- The Chargers shot high four and a half minutes later
- Rowan then shot wide in the 75th
- Both teams shot high in the final 2:07, with HFU's attempt coming from Zachery Hamedi (Ajax, Ontario, Canada/(Murray State College))
