Philadelphia, Pa. - Senior midfielder Pedro De Araujo scored the game-winning goal in the 95
th minute as Dominican College defeated the Holy Family University men's soccer team 3-2 in overtime in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) contest Saturday afternoon at Tiger Field.
Holy Family is now 4-4-2 overall and 1-2-1 in conference play, while Dominican improves to 6-2-1 overall and 5-1-0 in the CACC after the win.

Jeffrey Wimsey (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) took a pass from fellow classmate
Dodji Freitas (Philadelphia, Pa. (Togo)//Samuel Fels) and scored his third goal of the season.
Later in the half, Dominican tallied back-to-back goals in less than a minute span. At the 27:38 mark, senior Alex Rodier headed the ball into the back of the net off a direct kick pass from junior Jorge Zubillaga to tie the game at 1-1.
The Chargers then took the lead at the 28:12 mark after junior Sony Narro scored his fifth goal of the season with junior Brandon Medina assisting on the play.
The score remained 2-1 in favor of the Chargers late into the second half. It wasn't until the 69
th minute that the Tigers tied the game at 2-2. Freitas attempted a shot on goal and hit the post, however freshman
Tom Kostick (Philadelphia, Pa./Roman Catholic) was right there to knock in the ball for his first goal of the season to force overtime.
In the overtime period a corner kick attempt turned out to be the difference as sophomore Christopher Walsh launched the ball towards the box as De Araujo headed the ball into the back of the net for the game-winner.
Senior goalkeeper
Kelly Diaz (Palisades Park, N.J./Palisades Park) made eight saves in net for the Tigers after facing 19 shots. Dominican junior goalkeeper Andres Ruiz made five stops after facing 14 shots from Holy Family.
Holy Family is back in action on Tuesday, Oct. 2 as the Tigers host Philadelphia University in a CACC contest. Game time is slated for 4 p.m.
