FINAL RESULTS


 
Riverhead, N.Y. - The Holy Family University men's golf team competed at the annual Dowling September Shootout hosted by Dowling College at Long Island National Golf Course on Friday and Saturday.  The Tigers finished 15^th overall as a team.
 
Senior Daniel Costello (Richboro, Pa./Council Rock North) led the Tigers as he finished with a team-low score of 160.  Costello shot an 80 on both day one and two.  Fellow senior Robert Moratti (Fairless Hills, Pa./Pennsbury) finished the two-day tournament with a score of 164 (78-86).  On day one, Moratti led the Tigers with a team-low score of 78. 
 
Other finishes for Holy Family included senior Charles Prendergast (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) (81-88--169), senior Jonathan Burns (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) (91-83--174) and sophomore William Loughlin (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) (91-104--195).
 
Holy Family will compete next at the Nyack Invitational on Sept. 29-30.
