Holy Family University's Noah Simpson (Oshawa, Ontario/Henry Street) has been named both the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Player and Rookie of the Week, it was announced on Monday.
 
This is notably the second time the freshman has received CACC Rookie of the Week honors, after doing so on Feb. 17.
 
Simpson's eight assists in HFU's first-ever CACC win on Saturday, an 18-6 victory over Caldwell, were the most in Division II this season. That capped a week in which he had 13 points on nine assists and four goals, after recording a hat trick against D'Youville on Wednesday.
