Holy Family University's
Taylor Hinkle (Chalfont, Pa./Central Bucks South) has won her second Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Defensive Player of the Week award in three weeks.
The sophomore claimed the accolade for the first time in her career on
Nov. 20.
Hinkle led both games of a 2-0 week in defensive rebounds, totaling 15, while adding six steals as HFU limited opponents to 57.5 points per game on 34.9 percent shooting.
She first had eight defensive boards and a steal in Wednesday's win at Goldey-Beacom, before tying a career-high with five steals in Saturday's victory over Georgian Court.
