In the second half, Holy Family opened with a 6-0 run to cut the Le Moyne lead to single digits after a layup by Ayala made the score 42-33 (17:41).  On the ensuing possession, the Dolphins responded with a basket of their own to regain the double-digit advantage.

From that point on, Le Moyne maintained its double-digit lead the rest of the way.
