Drug Free Sport Axis Supplement Inquiry
This website provides information on sports nutrition, mental health, alcohol, body image and disordered eating, the most current banned substance list from the NCAA, and allows you to submit inquiries about supplements and prescription and over-the-counter medications that could potentially put you at risk for a positive drug test.
  • When you register, your inquiry will remain anonymous.
  • The password for Division II is ncaa2
  • This should not be used as a replacement for notifying Athletic Training or Compliance of any supplements or drugs that you may be taking, but is one additional resource for you to use to educate yourself.
Notification of Transfer Form
The Process of Submitting Notification of Transfer Form:
  • Talk to your coach and/or administrator about your intention to transfer.
  • Once notification of transfer is communicated, compliance will place your name in the transfer portal within seven consecutive calendar days.
  • After your name enters the transfer portal, you will receive an email notification, verifying a coach’s ability to contact you.
  • Determine the school you will attend next. You will have the opportunity to receive financial aid.
  • IMPLICATIONS:
    • Once notification of transfer is provided, your current school has the right to reduce or cancel your financial aid at the end of the academic year. An institution may not cancel your athletics aid during the period of award based on your written notification of transfer.
    • After notification, your original school is not obligated to let you continue participating with the team.
    • Failure to follow the listed steps may result in NCAA violations.
