PHILADELPHIA –
Jackson Kiss' (Warrington, Pa./Archbishop Wood) goal with 3:41 remaining gave the Holy Family University Men's Soccer Team a point, as HFU drew 1-1 with Wilmington on Tuesday evening at Tiger Field.
Jarrett Lalli (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) played a free kick into the box and
Ricardo Paniccia Giraldez (O Porriño, Spain/IES Pino Manso) won the initial header, knocking it down across to Kiss to slide into the far corner.
It was notably the first career assist for Lalli, as well as the first goal of the season for Kiss.
Paniccia is now tied for the team lead with two assists.
Bruno Mestres (Sao Paulo, Brazil/Mackenzie Tambore) made eight saves in the draw, all of which came prior to the Wildcats opening the scoring in the 74th minute.
