HFU ranked second in the league with 476 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Academic Honor Roll recipients during the 2025-26 academic year. 
 
Established in 2023-24, the CACC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes who achieve a grade-point average of 3.00 or higher during a semester and are listed on the institution's official squad list for their sport. Each CACC student-athlete is eligible to be recognized on the Academic Honor Roll twice during each academic year.
 
The Tigers were notably second in the league in both the fall and the spring semesters, with 239 and 237 honorees, respectively. 
 
The CACC Academic Honor Roll recognizes student-athletes on three levels of achievement. Those earning perfect 4.00 GPAs are granted the Faculty Athletics Representative Award of Distinction. The President's Level is bestowed upon those achieving GPAs of 3.50 to 3.99, while student-athletes earning GPAs of 3.00 to 3.49 for the semester are honored at the Commissioner's Level. 
 
Holy Family notably accounted for 74 Faculty Athletics Representative Award of Distinction recipients, which ranked fourth in the league.
