PHILADELPHIA - The Holy Family University Baseball Team celebrated Senior Day with a 6-3 win over Felician on Monday afternoon at FDR Park.

Thomas Hershey (Coatesville, Pa./Coatesville Area (Bucks County CC)),

Christian Mote (Branchburg, N.J./Gill St. Bernard's School (Iona University)),
Logan Mote (Branchburg, N.J./Gill St. Bernard's School (Lackawanna College)),
Griffin Richardson (Warminster, Pa./Greenville (Bucks County CC)),
Andres Rivera (Silver Spring, Md./Woodrow Wilson (Montgomery College)) and
Jorden Sesar (Morrisville, Pa./Morrisville (Manhattan University)).
The Tigers took control with a four-run second that began with an out. Singles by McKenzie and L. Mote sandwiched a Richardson walk to load the bases, before a Camilo hit-by-pitch opened the scoring.
Following the second out,
Jalen David (Bronx, N.Y./St. Raymond) cleared the bases with a double.
That turned out to be enough for the bullpen, who combined to go five innings without allowing an earned run.
After
Hayden Hicks (Follansbee, W.V./Steubenville) threw the fifth, Lane went the next three to pick up the win.
Mitchel Bayles then came on to strand runners on first and second with no outs in the ninth to earn his first save at HFU.
Starter
Bryan Burtoft (Leesburg, Fla./First Academy Leesburg (Lake Sumter State College)) went four, surrendering two runs.
David led the offense with a 3-for-5 performance that included four RBI, while Richardson reached in all four plate appearances, finishing 2-for-2 with two walks.
Lombardo also finished with two base knocks.
