How it Happened
  • Five consecutive points by Claire Dougherty (Lehman, Pa./Lake-Lehman) broke the game's only tie, 2-2, to spark a 12-2 surge that established the first double-digit advantage, 14-4, on an Ngo 3-pointer less than five minutes into the action
  • Post got as close as six three times in the second, including at 37-31 in the final minute, but a Lola Ibarrondo (Bristol, Pa./Neshaminy) triple gave HFU a 40-31 cushion entering the locker room
  • Dougherty then opened the second half with a layup to make it a double-digit lead for good
