The HFU women's basketball team has received the 2024-25 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Team GPA Award, the league offices announced on Thursday. 
 
CACC Team GPA Awards are handed out to the team with the highest grade point average (GPA) during the academic year for each of the conference's sponsored sports. 
 
The Tigers' 3.92 team GPA for 2024-25 was well ahead of runner-up Goldey-Beacom's 3.70 for women's basketball, and was notably second in the entire league – out of 160 teams - behind only Post women's tennis' 3.93.
