How it Happened
Game One
- Holy Family did not trail after plating one in the first on a Brian Comer (Charlotte, N.C./Independence (Bucks County CC)) leadoff single and Garcia RBI groundout
- Wilmington tied it in the second, but McKenzie's solo home run gave the Tigers the lead for good in the fourth
- HFU then added insurance with a three-run seventh, which featured a McKenzie leadoff double and RBI base knocks from Rivera (single) and Jephson Hadson-Taylor (Cheltenham, Pa./La Salle College (University of Maine)) (two-RBI double)
Game Two
- The Tigers trailed trailed 1-0 until breaking out for six runs in the third, sending 10 to the plate, as the Tigers scored three-plus runs in four of their final five at-bats
