PHILADELPHIA – The HFU women's lacrosse team opened its Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) schedule with a 19-4 victory at Caldwell on Sunday.
The win was notably the first for head coach
Annie Dombrowski.
Individual Highlights
- Tori Wolstenholme (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert Catholic) had two draw controls to become the program's all-time leader with 271and also had four a game-high ground balls, three goals and an assist
- She is notably now fourth in program history with 139 career ground balls
- Rianna Shields (Richboro, Pa./Council Rock South) led all players with five goals, a career-best five assists and three caused turnovers
- Tying a career-high with 10 points, the senior became the third player in program history to surpass 200 in a career
- She is now seventh all-time with 53 career caused turnovers and ninth with 32 assists
- Taina Harkins (Hopewell, N.J./Hopewell Valley Central) tied a career-best with four goals and had two assists
- Lexi Ryan (Bensalem, Pa./Bensalem) had a game-high four draw controls and netted her first two collegiate goals
- Abby Perkins (Langhorne, Pa./Neshaminy) also netted her first career goal, while Gwen Varley (East Earl, Pa./Garden Spot) recorded her first career hat trick
- Payton Pugh (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert Catholic) had three caused turnovers too, while Julie Gallardo (North Brunswick, N.J./North Brunswick Township) scored her first goal of the season and added an assist
- Nicole Wiser (Langhorne, Pa./Villa Joseph Marie) made six saves to earn her first career win

- Holy Family nearly tripled up Caldwell in shots, 39-14, and was a perfect 11-for-11 in clears
