GALLOWAY, N.J. – The Holy Family University women's track & field team won eight medals at the season-opening Stockton Invite on Saturday.
- Sydonia Turner (Philadelphia, Pa./Northeast) won two golds, breaking a near six-year-old school record, 1.62m, to in the high jump and landing at 5.13m in the long jump
- Katelyn Perazzola (Warner Robins, Ga./Mount de Sales Academy) topped a field of 34 in the 200m, crossing in a collegiate PR 26.16
- Perazzola was also part of the 4x100m relay team, along with Kahdia Jones (Daytona Beach, Fla./Atlantic), Jahtivya Williams (British Virgin Islands/Seventh-Day Adventist (Northern Michigan)) and Danalee Brock (St. Elizabeth, Jamaica/STETHS (University of Mary)), that won gold in 49.11
- HFU was second and third in the 400m hurdles, with Brianna Coates (Philadelphia, Pa./Little Flower) and Brock finishing in a 1:06.84 and a collegiate PR 1:07.15
- Jones won an individual bronze in the 100m with a time of 12.93
- The Tigers won a medal in the 4x400m relay too, with Maya Harper (Pleasantville, N.J./Pleasantville (Ursuline College)), Jade Jones (Jamaica/Hydel), Kelisa Beckett (Lansdowne, Pa./Penn Wood) and Jada Petreson combing to cross third in 4:05.24
- Emma McNamee (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert Catholic) broke her own school record in the 3000m, finishing in 11:10.47 to place fourth
