Inside the Box Score
  • HFU turned it over a season-low five times, tied for its fewest since it had three in a win over Goldey-Beacom on Dec. 2, 2015, but the Rams' 53.7 field goal percentage was the highest by a Tigers opponent this season

How it Happened
  • Jefferson was up by as many as eight in the first half, 13-21, after opening the second quarter with a layup
  • HFU got as close as two, 27-29, on a Claire Dougherty (Lehman, Pa./Lake-Lehman) layup and then a Meredith 3-pointer with 2:25 left in the second, but the Rams closed with back-to-back baskets for a 27-33 edge entering the locker room
  • Jefferson then began the second half with the first 13 points and eventually led by as many as 20 going into the fourth period
  • The Tigers pulled within nine three times in the last 3:32 but could never get any closer
