STATEN ISLAND – The Holy Family University women's track & field placed fourth at the 2025 East Coast Conference (ECC) Championships hosted at Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex on Sunday.
- Ocelia Jones (St. Elizabeth, Jamaica/Maggotty) won gold in the 60m hurdles with an NCAA provisional, crossing in 8.73, and silver in the 400m with a collegiate PR of 59.11
- Jones was then part of the the 4x400m relay team, along with Maya Harper (Pleasantville, N.J./Pleasantville (Ursuline College)), Kenisha Greenwood (Saint Ann, Jamaica/Edwin Allen) and Jade Jones (Jamaica/Hydel), that claimed gold in 3:59.12
- Jahtivya Williams (British Virgin Islands/Seventh-Day Adventist (Northern Michigan)) won two medals, including silver in the 60m (collegiate PR 7.77) and bronze in the 200m (25.80)
- HFU crossed third through sixth – J. Jones (collegiate PR 1:19.86), Kelisa Beckett (Lansdowne, Pa./Penn Wood) (collegiate PR 1:20.51), Harper (1:22.37) and Jada Peterson (Levittown, Pa./Harry S. Truman) (collegiate PR 1:22.54) - for a total of 13 points in the 500m
- Earning four points via fourth place finishes were Katelyn Perazzola (Warner Robins, Ga./Mount de Sales Academy) (200m) and Greenwood (400m)
- Winning two points with fifth place finishes were Brianna Coates (Philadelphia, Pa./Little Flower) (60H), Zane McNeil (Pleasantville, N.J./Charter Tech) (800m), Sydonia Turner (Philadelphia, Pa./Northeast) (long jump) and the DMR quartet of McNeil, J. Jones, Harper and Emma McNamee (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert Catholic)
- Turner notably broke the indoor school record set six years ago with a mark of 5.35m
