PHILADELPHIA - The Holy Family University men's cross country team placed fourth out of 10 teams at the season-opening Philadelphia Cross Classic hosted at Belmont Plateau on Saturday morning. 
 

• Freshman Matthew Martino (Hammonton, N.J./Hammonton) led the Tigers, completing the 8K course in 31:17.8 to cross 14th in the field of 78
• Michael McGerry (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) (32:20.8) and Thelonius Lucien (Poughkeepsie, N.Y./Success Academy High School of the Liberal Arts) (32:24.1) finished back-to-back in 22nd and 23rd
• Tyler Wesley (Winsdor, Conn./Bloomfield) also placed in the top-half of the field with a time of 33:49.8
• Peyton Engle () (35:20.9), Dom Prestipino (Connellsville, Pa./Connellsville) (35:27.6) and Andrae Johnson (Egg Harbor City, N.J./Oakcrest) (35:28.5) crossed back-to-back-back in 44th, 45th and 46th 
  • The time was a collegiate PR for Engle, while Johnson was making his collegiate debut
