ABINGTON, Pa. – The Holy Family University men's cross country team placed second out of 15 teams at the Abington Invitational on Saturday morning.
The Tigers finished behind only Stockton as they totaled 89 points, 12 ahead of the Princeton Running Club.
- Michael McGerry (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) led the Tigers, crossing 13th out of 119 after completing the 8K course in 30:10.9
- Letlotlo Mohubedu (Pretoria, South Africa/Northern Academy Secondary School (Essex CC)) (30:38.6) placed in the top fifth of the field in 21st, while Thelonius Lucien (Poughkeepsie, N.Y./Success Academy High School of the Liberal Arts) (30:56.5) was in the top fourth of the field in 26th
- Tyler Wesley (Winsdor, Conn./Bloomfield) (32:15.9), Peyton Engle () (33:21.0) and Andrae Johnson (Egg Harbor City, N.J./Oakcrest) (34:47.0) all finished in the top half of the field
- Rounding out HFU's day was Alexson Songor (Upper Darby, Pa./Upper Darby), who crossed in 43:29.7
