Nine members of the Holy Family University women's track & field program have been named All-Region by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for the 2023-24 season.
The top five individuals in each event from each region, in addition to each of the members of a top-three ranked relay team, earn All-Region honors. Only USTFCCCA member programs are eligible for awards.
- Korryn Braxton-Young (Newark, Del./Hodgson Vo-Tech) was All-Region in the shot put for both the indoor and outdoor seasons, topping the region in the former (12.69m) and ranking second in the latter (13.05m)
- Both of HFU's indoor relay teams, the 4x400m and distance medley, were recognized, with Maya Harper (Pleasantville, N.J./Pleasantville (Ursuline College)) and Jade Jones (Jamaica/Hydel) taking part in both
- Joining them on the 4x400m relay were Danalee Brock (St. Elizabeth, Jamaica/STETHS (University of Mary)) and Brianna Coates (Philadelphia, Pa./Little Flower), while Zane McNeil (Pleasantville, N.J./Charter Tech) and Emma McNamee (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert Catholic) made up the other half of the distance medley relay
- Rounding out the Tigers' honorees were Kenisha Greenwood (Saint Ann, Jamaica/Edwin Allen) and Aejana Robinson (/Academy at Palumbo)
- Greenwood posted the top time in the region in the 400m hurdles during the outdoor season, 1:02.87, while Robinson was second in the discus with a mark of 41.34m
