- The Rams took their first lead on a two-out triple in the second
- HFU left runners in scoring position in the second and fourth, but the Tigers were able to cash in on an error themselves as Ciasullo's two-out single knotted things up at 3-3 in the fifth
- After Holy Family stranded two in the sixth, Jefferson went ahead once more, 3-4, with yet another unearned run in the bottom-half
