Holy Family University's
Bryce Thomas (Lancaster, Pa./Lampeter Strasburg) has been named the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) Men's Lacrosse Rookie of the Week.
He is the second Tiger to receive the honor this year, joining teammate
Julian Definis (Glendora, N.J./Triton Regional).
Thomas went 1-1 with a .607 save percentage as he stopped 37 of the 61 shots he faced over two games. He added 10 ground balls and four caused turnovers.
The freshman was in net for HFU's first win as a program at Rosemont on Wednesday, saving 17 of the Ravens' 26 attempts on net while also leading all players with a season-best eight ground balls.
He then then made a season-high 20 stops against St. Thomas Aquinas on Sunday.
