Women’s Lacrosse Wraps Up Season-Opening Home-Stand Against Bloomsburg

PHILADELPHIA – The Holy Family University women's lacrosse team wrapped up its season-opening home-stand with a 4-20 loss to Bloomsburg on Wednesday evening at Tiger Field. 
 
Individual Highlights
  •  Tori Wolstenholme (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert Catholic) led all players with a career-high four caused turnovers and five ground balls, while finishing second on the Tigers with four draw controls
    • She now ranks fifth in program history with 52 career caused turnovers and sixth all-time with 178 draw controls
  • Payton Pugh (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert Catholic) had double the amount of draw controls as any other player with a career-best seven, and she was second on HFU with three ground balls
  • Maura Kilkenny (Huntingdon Valley, Pa./Little Flower Catholic) scored twice and also had four draw controls
  • Taina Harkins (Hopewell, N.J./Hopewell Valley Central) notably netted the first goal of her career
  • Olivia Kueny (West Deptford, N.J./Holy Cross Preparatory Academy) made eight saves in net
