How it Happened
Second Game

- After a Martinez walk, Bucci single and Comer two-out single, Nick Lombardo (Willow Grove, Pa./Upper Dublin (Bucks County CC)) was hit by a pitch
- Morales then doubled home two and after a passed ball plated the fourth run, Turner put a stamp on the frame with an RBI single
- Tucker retired 1-2-3 in the first and third and worked around a single and walk in the second, thanks in large part to Bucci throwing out a stealing baserunner

- Virginia State got as close as 6-3 with two runs in the fifth, one of which was unearned, before threatening in the seventh
First Game
- HFU stranded the bases loaded in the first, but it was still the Tigers breaking through first as Comer's leadoff double in the third led to him coming home on Morales' sacrifice fly
- Holy Family then left the bases loaded in the fourth as well
- Glascock had just one runner advanced to scoring position in the first four frames before VSU finally broke through in the fifth, with a leadoff single leading to two runs
