PHILADELPHIA – The Holy Family University men's basketball pulled away from College of Staten Island in the second half for an 80-67 triumph over the Dolphins inside of the Campus Center on Wednesday night.
Individual Highlights
- RJ Delahaye (Newburgh, N.Y./The Storm King School) led all players with a career-high 10 rebounds and four assists and added 16 points (9-of-10 free throws) for his first career collegiate double-double
- Tairi Ketner (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Carroll) also had four assists, a new career-best, to go along with 18 points (5-of-8 shooting), nine boards and a game and career-high four steals
- Omarion Jett (Montclair, N.J./Saint Benedict's Prep) led all players with a season-best 19 points on 6-of-10 shooting and contributed six rebounds
- CJ Mundell (Somerdale, N.J./Sterling) also netted a season-best, 10 points, to make it four Tigers in double-figures, while Jason Shields (Scranton, Pa./Scranton) chipped in with nine

How it Happened
- College of Staten Island jumped out to its largest lead, 4-11, 3:19 in
- Mundell poured in five straight points to give HFU its first advantage, 17-16, midway through the first
- Following six lead changes and six ties, the Tigers went ahead for good with the final four points of the half to establish a 35-31 edge
- Holy Family then scored the first three of the second to complete a 7-0 surge for its first three-possession advantage
- The Dolphins got as close as 41-40 with 12:57 left, only for Jett to respond with a 3-pointer
- CSI also was within two at the 10:26 mark, but again Jett answered with a triple to establish a multiple-possession lead for good
- Two Delahaye free throws established the game's first double-digit cushion, 60-50, with 6:02 showing
- College of Staten made one final push to six, 73-67, in the final minute and a half, but the Dolphins did not score again
