PHILADELPHIA – The Holy Family University men's soccer team scored twice on either side of the half in a 4-0 shutout of Chestnut Hill at Tiger Field on Tuesday night.
Mohamed Bility (/) and
Sergio Revuelta (Valladolid, Spain/IES Alejandria) both had a goal and an assist.
Bility opened the scoring in the 24th minute with his third goal in two matches.
Ned Lewis (London, England/Hayesbrook) found Revuelta just outside the top of the box, and he slid it into the right side of the box for Bility to beat the keeper.
A brilliant Reveulta run then made it 2-0 in the 35th, as he got in behind the defense thanks to
Alvaro Orellana's (Sevilla, Spain/Colegio Portacell) ball before dribbling around multiple Griffins and tapping it into the net.
Bility beat a defender to the right endline and crossed into
Tajhay Williams (Yallahs, Jamaica/Clarendon College) for a one-timer inside the six-yard box just 4:08 out of the halftime break, before
Lucca Saad (São Paulo, Brazil/The Phelps School) closed the scoring when a clearance from a corner kick fell to him at the top of box in the 74th minute.
Revuelta now leads HFU with five goals and five assists, while Bility is second on the Tigers with three goals and two assists. Williams also has three goals.
It was the first goal of Saad's collegiate career, as well as the first assist at Holy Family for both Lewis and Orellana.
Cheikh Diouf (Dakar, Senegal/MLK) was forced to make just two saves as the Tigers outshot CHC 26-9.
Orellana,
Kevin Duffy (Stroudsburg, Pa./Stroudsburg),
Anthony Ciceron-Elie (Montreal, Canada/),
Sean McKenna (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge),
Jakob Hilger (Milwaukee, Wis./Muskego) and
