Six members of the HFU basketball program –
Anjelai Hayes (Woodbury, N.J./Woodbury),
Jenn Kokolus (Bethlehem, Pa./Freedom),
Carolyn Prevost (Belle Mead, N.J./Montgomery),
Vernon Johnson (Teaneck, N.J./Teaneck),
Lindsay Tretter (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Wood) and
Jessica Riepe (Marlboro, N.J./Marlboro) – have been named to the 2022-23 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) All-Academic Team.
The women's five honorees were the third most in the league.
To be eligible for CACC All-Academic status, a student-athlete must:
a) have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5 at the end of the immediate preceding term
b) have a minimum of two semesters enrolled as a full-time student at their member institution
c) be a second-year student-athlete at their member institution
Hayes, a graduate student, is now a five-time honoree, while Kokolus and Prevost are repeat recipients.
Johnson, Tretter and Riepe all received the accolade for a first time.
