PHILADELPHIA – The HFU women's lacrosse team began its spring break with a 5-20 loss to Southern New Hampshire on Monday afternoon at Tiger Field.  
 
Individual Highlights

• Payton Pugh (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert's) tied a match-high with three caused turnovers, while leading Holy Family with four ground balls
• Lynn Hardy (Audubon, N.J./Camden Catholic) tied a match-high with eight draw controls and a team-high with two points, tallying one goal and one assist
• Rianna Shields (Richboro, Pa./Council Rock South) also had two points as she scored twice, and she was second on the Tigers with three ground balls
• Mackenzie Santucci (Columbus, N.J./Northern Burlington Regional (RCBC)) scored once to move into a tie for ninth in program history with 128 career points
• Emma Hurley (Willow Grove, Pa./Upper Moreland) made nine saves in net

• The two teams matched each other with 14 draw controls apiece 

 
How it Happened 

• SNHU netted three times in the opening 2:12 en route to a 6-0 advantage
• Holy Family closed the first quarter with the final two goals, both of which were by Shields just 33 seconds apart
• That was as close as the Tigers would get though, as this time the Penmen opened the second scoring five in a row
