Five members of the HFU basketball program –
Anjelai Hayes (Woodbury, N.J./Woodbury),
Vernon Johnson (Teaneck, N.J./Teaneck),
Jenn Kokolus (Bethlehem, Pa./Freedom),
Carolyn Prevost (Belle Mead, N.J./Montgomery) and
Lindsay Tretter (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Wood) - have earned a spot on the 2022-23 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Basketball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators (CSC).
The teams recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.
In order to be named to selected, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore academically, a starter or an important reserve player with significant athletic accomplishments, and own a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 3.30.
All five possess a cumulative of at least 3.50, highlighted by Hayes sporting a perfect 4.0 GPA as she works towards her Master of Education.
