The HFU women's cross country program topped the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) with five All-Academic selections.
Seniors
Amber Fisgaer (Philadelphia, Pa./Bensalem) and
Ashley Fisgaer (Philadelphia, Pa./Bensalem) and junior
Kaitlyn Durning (Glenolden, Pa./Cardinal O'Hara) were all repeat honorees, while junior
Emma McNamee (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Hubert Catholic) and sophomore
Jade Jones (Philadelphia, Pa./Hydel) both received the accolade for a first time.
To be eligible for CACC All-Academic status, a student-athlete must:
a) have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 at the end of immediate preceding term (may include summer for fall sport participants)
b) have a minimum of two semesters enrolled as full-time student at member institution
c) be second year student-athlete at member institution
d) have competed during his/her championship season
