Late Second Quarter Run Helps Extend Women’s Basketball’s Win Streak to Double Digits for First Time in Over 10 Years

ORANGEBURG, N.Y. – A 15-0 run to end the second quarter led to an eventual 75-57 victory for the HFU women's basketball team at Dominican on Saturday afternoon, extending the Tigers' win streak to 10 for the first time since January and February of 2013.

Individual Highlights

Jenn Kokolus (Bethlehem, Pa./Freedom) led four Tigers in double-figures with a season-high 12 points on 6-of-8 shooting off the bench
Skyler Searfoss (Jim Thorpe, Pa./Jim Thorpe Area), Claire Dougherty (Lehman, Pa./Lake-Lehman) and Carly Bolivar (Elmont, N.Y./Sewanhaka (Alliance)) all scored 10 points
- Searfoss and Dougherty led all players with nine rebounds each, a career-best for the latter, with Searfoss adding a game-high six assists
- Bolivar led all players with three steals
Taylor Hinkle (Chalfont, Pa./Central Bucks South) and Carolyn Prevost (Belle Mead, N.J./Montgomery) contributed eight and seven points, respectively, with each grabbing five boards
Lindsay Tretter (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Wood) had six points, four rebounds and a season-best four assists
