Taylor Hinkle (Chalfont, Pa./Central Bucks South) has been recognized by the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference (CACC) for the third time in four weeks, as she claimed her first career CACC Player of the Week award on Monday.
The sophomore had previously been named the CACC Defensive Player of the Week on Nov. 20 and Dec. 4.
Hinkle recorded double-doubles in both games of a 2-0 week, averaging 15.0 points on 58.3 percent shooting (14-of-24) and 12.0 rebounds. She added six assists and two steals.
The Chalfont, Pa. native began the week leading all players with career-highs of 12 boards and four assists, while adding a season-best 17 points on 8-of-12 shooting, in Wednesday's win at Kutztown.
Hinkle then scored a team-high 13 points and had 12 rebounds once again in the Tigers' victory at East Stroudsburg on Sunday.
