PHILADELPHIA – The HFU volleyball team closed out its non-conference schedule against PSAC leader East Stroudsburg on Thursday evening in the Campus Center. 
 
Individual Highlights

• Ava Kidd (Walton, Ky./Larry A. Ryle (Saint Anselm)) led Holy Family with six kills and three blocks
• Shelby Kinzer (Sioux Falls, S.D./Washington) posted a match-high three aces and was second on the Tigers with five kills
• Morgan Steck (Lakewood, Colo./Lakewood) paced HFU with 13 assists, while Keira Rogan (Yardley, Pa./Pennsbury) was second amongst all players with a team-high 12 digs

 
How it Happened
First Set (17-25)

• The Tigers cut a 10-15 deficit to 14-16 when an Abby Bachman (Westampton, N.J./Rancocas Valley) kill capped a 4-1 stretch, but ESU tallied four unanswered to pull away

Second Set (17-25)

• The Warriors then scored the first four of the second set as they led throughout

Third Set

• HFU again climbed back from an early deficit, 3-8, with six straight points that featured three consecutive Kinzer aces
• The Tigers led by as many as two, 12-10, after a Jayden Bralts (Jupiter, Fla./Jupiter) kill, but five unanswered capped a 4-11 flurry that completed the sweep
