Dylan Ferron Hired as HFU’s First-Ever Head of Strength & Conditioning

The Holy Family Department of Athletics is excited to announce the hiring of Dylan Ferron as the university's first-ever Head of Strength & Conditioning.

"We are so excited to have Dylan join our staff as a resource for our student-athletes," said Sara Miraglia, Head Athletic Trainer. "Having Dylan on board will no doubt increase the experience of our student-athletes due to his wealth of knowledge when it comes to sports performance."

Ferron joins HFU after spending 2021 interning with the S&C program at the University of Pennsylvania, where he worked with over 12 teams including basketball and soccer.

He has spent the previous eight years as an assistant football coach at Downingtown West High School, where he also assisted with the track & field program for six years in addition to running strength programs for both teams.

Ferron has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from West Chester University, where he is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Applied Sports Performance.
