How It Happened

* Holy Family trailed 25-17 at halftime and nearly erased a 10-point deficit in the third quarter after outscoring Bloomsburg, 16-9, in the third frame.  The Tigers closed out the third quarter on 7-0 run and capped the quarter with a three-point play the old fashion way as junior Moe Moore (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) converted a free throw after being fouled on a layup basket.  Moore's three-point play made the score 34-33 by quarters end.

* Holy Family grabbed its first lead of the game on its first possession of the fourth quarter after a Moore jumper gave the Tigers a 35-34 advantage and increased their run to nine straight points.

* The lead changed hands multiple times until the 6:39 mark of the quarter when the Tigers took the lead for good.  Sophomore Taylor Cotter (Fairfax, Va./Paul VI Catholic) scored a layup to give the Tigers a 39-38 lead.  Cotter's basket jumpstarted an 8-0 run over the next two-plus minutes.  Sophomore Lindsay Tretter (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Wood) capped the run with a basket to increase the Tigers' lead to as many as seven at 45-38.

* Holy Family would ice the game down the stretch with senior Megan O'Connell (Philadelphia, Pa./St. Huberts) converting 4-of-4 from the free throw line in the final :26 seconds.

* Holy Family trailed by as many as 14 points in the game when the Huskies held a 23-9 advantage at the 7:13 mark of the second quarter.
