How It Happened

* Holy Family broke a scoreless tie early into the second half.  A free kick led to the game's first goal of the game when senior Will Stackhouse (Philadelphia, Pa./Archbishop Ryan) fed the ball from the right side towards the box.  Fellow senior Davis Habilaj (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) was able to get off a clean shot to beat the Bloomfield keeper to the left.  It marked Habilaj's fourth goal of the season in the 55th minute.

* The lead didn't last long as Bloomfield scored the equalizing goal in the 62nd minute off the head of Quincy Baal.  Reimiki Brooks was credited with the assist with the corner kick attempt. Later in the half Baal had another opportunity as his shot with :18 seconds remaining in regulation was stopped by Holy Family senior Mark Tobin (Philadelphia, Pa./Roman Catholic (La Salle Univ.)).

*   In the first overtime, senior Georg Montag (Philadelphia, Pa., Archbishop Ryan) had the only shot on-goal but it was stopped by the Bears' Robert Kornel in the 97th minute to force a second and final overtime period.

* Bloomfield managed to fire off four shots in the second overtime period.  Tobin made the save by Brooks in the 103rd minute.  However, the Bears were able to score on their fourth attempt in the period as Ajoma Smith came through with the game-winner in the 109th minute.
