Game Recap

* All the scoring took place in the final 30-minutes of action as Georgian Court struck first thanks to a penalty kick in the 61st minute.  Javel Dawkins converted the PK for his fifth goal of the season.

* The score remained 1-0 in favor of the Lions until the 77th minute when the Tigers scored the equalizer off the head of senior Shane Holmes (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge (Harcum College)).  Junior Davis Habilaj (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge) had the initial header on-goal but was stopped by the GCU keeper.  Holmes was able to head the ball past the keeper for his first goal of the season.

* Georgian Court quickly answered and regained the lead off a goal from Nicholas Moran in the 79th minute.  Javel Dawkins set up Moran's first goal of the season.  The duo would connect again in the 86th minute when Dawkins sent a cross from the far right into the box finding Moran for his second goal that gave the Lions a 3-1 advantage.

* In the 87th minute the Tigers appeared to have cut the deficit to 3-2 with a goal by junior Shane Holmes (Philadelphia, Pa./Father Judge (Harcum College)) but the score was disallowed after a controversial offside call on the Tigers.  It turned out to be Holy Family's final attempt on net as the Lions held on to the two goal lead.
