How It Happened

* Both teams battled back and forth throughout the first half with Holy Family holding the biggest lead when the Tigers opened the game on a 5-0 run.  The first half featured six different lead changes and six ties but by the time the half came to an end it was the Tigers entering the locker rooms with a 32-29 advantage.  Redshirt sophomore Ryan Corcoran (Royersford, Pa./Spring Ford) knocked down his third three of the half as time expired to break the 29-29 tie.

* In the second half Holy Family led for the first four minutes before back-to-back scores by the Warriors gave the home team the lead.  From there, Nyack slowly increased its lead as the half progressed.  The Warriors led by as many as 12 points (63-51) with 2:28 to play.  The Tigers cut the lead down to seven points at 63-56 with 1:24 showing on the clock but a layup by freshman Terrell Jones (Ardmore, Pa./Lower Merion) would turnout to be the final score for either team.
