Game One: Holy Family 11, Felician 3 (6 Innings)
Trailing 3-2 entering the bottom of the third inning the Tigers rallied to score three runs to recapture a lead held earlier in the game.  Three straight hits to start the inning led to the first run of the inning.  Junior Taylor Favinger (Deptford, N.J./Gloucester County Inst. of Tech.) drove in freshman Alina Ponce De Leon (Menifee, Calif./Heritage) who led the inning off with a single.  Junior Koreen Orozco (Whittier, Calif./St. Paul) then followed with a sacrifice fly to centerfield to score freshman Kelsey Marigliano (Seaford, N.Y./Plainledge) who doubled earlier.

Favinger stole second base to put herself in scoring possession and ended up scoring on a single by senior Brianna Scotto (West Babylon, N.Y./West Babylon) to cap the scoring as Holy Family took a 5-3 lead after three innings.

Holy Family broke the game wide open in the bottom of the fifth inning by scoring five runs on seven hits.  Ponce De Leon led the inning off with a double and after Felician got Marigliano to line out to the pitcher the Tigers erupted for four straight run scoring hits.  In all, the Tigers recorded five RBI hits in the inning resulting in a commanding 10-3 lead.

Starting pitcher, senior Bailey Walters (Ridgecrest, Calif./Burroughs), struck out the side in the sixth inning before Holy Family plated the walk-off hit in the bottom of the inning.  With runners on second and third, Scotto came through with a base hit to center field to score the 11th run of the game for the Tigers and officially ending the game per the eight-run rule.

Walters (10-4) went the complete six innings as she recorded her 10th victory of the season.  She struck out six batters and allowed three runs; two of which were earned.

Scotto led the Tigers with a 3-for-4 performance at the plate as she drove in three runs.  Sophomore Olivia Nolan (Shoreline, Wash./Shorecrest) went 2-for-3 as she connected on her fourth home run of the season in the second inning.  Favinger finished 2-for-3 with a three runs, two RBI and a pair of walks.

For Felician, Racquel Manzo drove in a pair of runs while hitting a solo home run in the second inning.

Game Two: Holy Family 3, Felician 0
Orozco held the Golden Falcons to zero runs in the night cap as she picked up her 14th win of the season to set a new career-high.  Orozco limited Felician to just five hits in seven innings and forced 13 groundouts.

Holy Family scored the game's first run in the third after taking advantage of Felician fielding blunder.  The Tigers doubled the lead in the fourth inning when Favinger launched her team-leading fifth home run over the left field fence to make the score 2-0.  With the home run, Favinger tied her career-high that she set last season.

The Tigers tacked on one more run in the sixth inning with a run scoring single by Scotto.
