Holy Family led by as many as 16 points on three separate occasions with the later coming in the final :90 seconds of the half.  Crawford converted a pair of free throws to make the score 36-20 before Philadelphia scored the final five points of the half to cut the deficit down to 11 entering halftime.

Time to Dance
Holy Family received the CACC's automatic qualifying bid into the NCAA Tournament after winning the program's first conference title.  The Tigers will be making their second NCAA appearance since joining Division II in 2003-04.  Holy Family reached the NCAA Tournament in 2008 after receiving an at-large bid.

Champions at Last
Holy Family's title marks the first for the program.  The Tigers appeared in the conference title game two times prior in 2008 and 2014, falling to Philadelphia both times.

Selection Sunday
There was no question the Tigers were going to receive an NCAA Tournament bid this season as Holy Family spent the past three weeks as the number two-ranked team in the East Region. The victory over Philadelphia in the title game cemented the Tigers' name into the tournament.  Holy Family now has a strong case to stay at number two when pairings are announced Sunday night as well as possibly earning the top-seed and host the East Regional. The Division II Men's Basketball Selection Show will stream live Sunday night beginning at 10:30 p.m.  The field of 64 teams, eight from each region, will be announced.
